Head of Compliance

Lagos or Nairobi, hybrid

Own our licensing and compliance programme as we move from pricing money to moving it: VASP and payment licensing in Nigeria and Kenya, AML and sanctions controls, travel-rule readiness, and due diligence on every payout and liquidity partner.

Five-plus years in fintech or crypto compliance in African markets
Hands-on with SEC Nigeria, CBN or CMA Kenya frameworks
Can write a policy a regulator approves and an engineer can implement

Own the Carry vault and its strategies on Base: cNGN yield, futures hedges and the oracles behind them. Fuzzing and invariants are how we work, not an afterthought.

Solidity and Foundry in production
Deep ERC-4626 and DeFi integration experience
